About Our Wellness Day

Dr. Mpho Liphapang Wellness Day, a platform dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and overall well-being. We aim to create an even greater impact by providing free health services, interactive well- ness activities, and community engagement opportunities.

In 2025, we aim to make an even bigger impact, expanding activities such as free medical check-ups, fitness boot camps, aerobics, and family-friendly zones, while introducing new engagement opportunities for attendees and sponsors.
